This Privacy Policy explains how Richard Slots ("we", "us", the "App") collects, uses and protects information when you use our free-to-play social casino application. The App is for entertainment only and does not offer real-money gambling, deposits or payouts.

- Device & usage data: device model, OS version, app version, language, and in-app events (screens viewed, games launched, level progress).
- Identifiers: advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission; vendor identifier (IDFV); push token.
- Diagnostics: crash logs and performance metrics.
- We do not collect real names, payment details or financial information, because the App involves no real-money transactions.
2. Third-party services
We use the following processors, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- AppsFlyer — attribution and analytics.
- Meta (Facebook) SDK — campaign measurement.
- Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics) — analytics and crash reporting.
- OneSignal — push notifications.
- Game content is streamed from third-party demo providers (Pragmatic Play, BGaming).
3. App Tracking Transparency
On first launch we request permission to track via Apple's ATT framework. If you decline, we do not access your IDFA and rely only on privacy-preserving, aggregated measurement (SKAdNetwork). You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
4. How we use data
- To operate and improve the App and its content catalog.
- To measure marketing performance and prevent fraud/abuse.
- To send optional push notifications (you may disable them in system settings).
5. Data retention & security
We retain analytics data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
6. Children
The App is intended for users aged 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
7. Your rights
